I say that the best thing to do to lower the risk, is increase the role of the intelligence agencies. You say, we should reduce it by harassing them with investigations. That would divulge sensitive information to Congress, who can't be trusted with anything. Even you will admit that.
--Now, you haven't said any sensible thing all day on the subject. I do not expect you ever will. You obviously represent some left wing extremists fringe group that is more interested in the destruction of civilization for the sake of the trees, than the sageguarding of American lives.
