think some more about the math :)

think of an open closer to $2.65 for MCIT. it's a matter of how close. then after the xdiv date, a $0.60 drop in price. that's my guess. but, there's always uncertainty in the deal . so, probably not the full 60 cents. how much? the market will tell.
