Yep, there's lotsa talk about that over in the "Apple Camp" ("https://www.siliconinvestor.com/subject.aspx?subjectid=6136") where the consensus seems to be half for, half against. What is the feeling about such a merger here in the "Sun Camp" ? Personally, with my teckie background, it makes a lot of sense to me technically as the two companies complement each other extremely well while at the same time being able to move forward with a common software line. There's a lot of truth in Apple being a ship on a dangerous course though ...
