I didnt see any discusion but isnt this Merril settlement a complete joke? Guys should be going to jail, thats the only way to encourage honesty. The system is despertly trying to say how fair and wonderfull it is. NYS gets 100 million and investors get the shaft. It really causes one to have no faith in financial markets.
