Dude I guess no one wants to say it, but that's stupid, it's going to come out, will be all over the news i'm sure, to the rest of the SI world that doesn't hear these things, apparently Tony was arrested at his house last night by the FBI. I too don't have details as i'm not on his site, but from what I hear, even the people on there are in the dark. Others also arrested, not sure on how many or exactly who. Rumors are it was RICO related to short selling. Touts should have a field day with that. I hope things work out for Tony, hope it's not true, shorting is an honest profession and there's plenty of scammy crap companies out there without having to resort to stuff like that.
