1080 SPX is an important area on the weekly charts.

I expect the whole week to show declining volume, flat market prices, a cling to the 1080 area.
Big Money managers have gone to sleep and it may last the summer.
Every time their ready to move money around the ground shifts under their feet, they don't know what to do. The question remains as to wether the distribution of capital has ended on Wall Street.
