You are to be commended for contacting your representatives on GRNO, especially with Sen. Mikulski, who is quite a mover and shaker on the hill. (too bad our politics differ.. :0)

In any response you might want to ask upon what basis the SEC was led to believe that the company's press releases/product viability was in question. Ask if the SEC has yet visited Charleston to establish the credibility of the technology as of yet. Ask when the SEC supoenaed documentation from the company that would substantiate the press releases. (Did it occur in the very beginning of the investigation, or later on??) Ask WHO raised those serious concerns regarding GRNO. I only found two minor complaints available in their public records held with the SEC. Ask when the ROI (report of investigation) will be available through FOIA. (freedom of information act) These are a few items that I would like to know about... :0)

But most of all, ask if the SEC plans on saying anything that would indicate that they have finished shadowing our company and equity value with their sinister dark cloud. All that I would ask for is some small statement indicating that their original suspicions were not validated. (we all know that the gov't can find something wrong with anything after they begin an investigation.)

In fact, even though I live in VA, I may have to call Sen. Mikulski's office myself and chat.

Thanks for that supreme effort!!!! Great JOB!!! Now what are the rest of you doing about this??
