I dont know who Lee Fairbanks is, but I regard him an inconsiderate idiot. I speak as an ex-smoker who smoked a pack a day for 20 yrs. Sure I can't stand the smell of smoke now, but why make other peoples lives impossible, you don't need to be a total intolerant A/H. Yeah, lets put some people out of business... /rant off -g-
