Given ol' Anthony's criminal history, and the likely amount of the loss due to the fraud, I'd say he's at the high end of the federal sentencing guidelines.

And, given the involvement of two FBI agents, I'd say there is little likelihood the US Attorney will want to bargain. They have to make an example on this one.
