Messy. He better be liquid for big money. That tie-in to a couple Fed agents and FBI database corruption is brutal. I did my clerkship w/an all Federal practice crim defense attorney and RICO is a real pain in the butt to defend against...they'll throw everything and the kitchen sink at him.
