You don't need an FBI agent for that information. That is very suspicious. Go to knowx.com and it's $6.95. Private investigators can give it to you also for $49.95 for a nation and state search if knowx.com doesn't have it for your state. I doubt tony would use an fbi agent for some cheap publicly available information. It makes no sense. If that is the case, it looks like a setup to me. That's no "secret" information. And if it were, it shouldn't be secret. We need to know the past of CEOs of public companies.

The way a shorter works to out stock scams and profit from it also is not a "scheme" or illegal.
