David, thanks for the info. Do you know how much if IHS revenue is currently Medicare reimbursement? In January it was about 20%, but IHS has bought several other operations since then. Also, I gather that another benefit from ROTC is their infusion therapy; is that on the budget block too for reimbursement cuts?
