Maybe you can give me some advice on this, I called Ameritrade today about my preferred shares to be converted. The rep said I could send the CERT to ameritrade with Instructions for the conversion and they would process them for $30 and it could take 5-6 weeks.But she also told me I could do it thru the company (ETCR). She made it seem like that was the way to go! Did you ever have restricted shares to convert and if so how did you handle it! tia. ;>)))!!!
