HELP NETWORKING- I have a Linksys BEFW11S4 4 port wireless router a Linksys WPC11 wireless nework card in my laptop.

The Road Runner comes out of the wall and goes into the Road Runner Cable Modem and then from there to the BEFW and from there to the desktop.

My laptop then has 11Mbps wireless access to the internet and I can wander around the ground of our apartment block and by the pool and stay online at 11Mbps. It is really incredible.

BUT I would like to be able to "see" my laptops drive on the Desktop and vice versa ie I would like them to be able to 'Network' mainly to share and transfer files to keep them synchronized etc. XP on both computers.

So I spoke to Linksys and they got me up and running on the wireless internet access but they won't help with networking. They referred me to wown.com. Great site but networking is very difficult and I can't get it to work.

Any one got any ideas?

Best,

L
