How can they take his home/cars without a case?

That doesn't seem right. Innocent until proven guilty?

I personally believe that they want him to have no assets and appear broke so he can't get a lawyer, investigator to help him out or pay his bail. I wonder if they will allow him bail or if they will say he's a flight risk?

I still think this has to do with SLPH partly. They stated that they were investigating Tony and contacting the other companies he shorted/outed to get a huge case against him. The timing is perfect. I'm sure all those scammy companies he outed would lie like crazy if they thought they could take him down. It was beyond financial; it was personal to them. He really rubbed their scams and shortcomings in their faces. I bet they'd frame him if they could.
