Cobalt, demagogues can always find excuses, if it is not excessive reparations (and of course, the Jews), it would be poor access to natural resources (Japan's excuse for its WWII expansionist philosophy), or the presence of US infidel forces on the "Holy grounds" of Saudi Arabia (and of course, again, the bloody Jews), as exploited by another demagogue, Bin Laden.
