I am not an e-waver but the second chart looks like a classic double bottom to me. I guess it depends on the scale. It could be a classic inverted head and shoulders with the head in Sep 2001. That would mean we go to the moon from here. At least some clouds :) What e-wave is saying is that this is an IHS formation that will fail - hit the neckline and apparently break through a little and then fail and fall below the May low. I have been trolling through stock screeners, looking for value. I have been unable to run a classic Ben Graham screen, which surprises me, because all the data is there. I'm not very systematic about looking for investment opportunities. I haven't yet seen a stock screener that was useful but I haven't been looking to hard.
