Les: You have to love his comments...... My oh my,..... if you force us to expense our "hidden" (from non-literate shareholders, that is) method for compensating our employees, it would reduce our (reported) profitability and we would have to "reduce the program". What he might also have added is that having to expense option costs would also cut the stock price dramatically and force the company to pay higher wages to hold on to its employees. You also have to give him credit fore fighting an excellent rear guard action. Better to lose part of this lucrative scam than all of it. Best, Earlie
