Dear Curbtone: Well, I note you live in Hawaii. Perhaps space is a premium there, here on the Mainland lots are big and stores are big with many checkouts. I find the best time to shop is either weekday mornings or around dinnertime when everyone is home preparing or eating dinner. jdn
