I know very little of this specific situation, but did anyone watch "Enemy of the State" this week? When you start operating on this level the permutations are endless. Possibilites: 1) Anthony was a good guy that stuck his nose in the wrong keyhole and got framed for his trouble. 2) Anthony was a bad guy that got what he deserved. 3) Anthony was a REALLY bad guy pretending to be a good guy and giving short advice to terrorists who are trying to bring down the US economy. (in light of his Arab descent this is not off the wall). 4) Anthony was a good guy pretending to be a bad guy to get information and stepped in it once too often. You may never know the TRUTH about this situation. It is quite likely that your Uncle Sam doesn't want you to know the TRUTH. Heck, the DA will probably never have access to the TRUTH.
