Hey, weren't you listening? Silver was sub $5 and the world just had a squeeze...back in January of this year.

It took the REFINING industry 3 lousy business days to take above ground silver, of which there is puuuuuuuLENNNNNNNty of,
refine it to good delivery bar status which is what the "squeezers" were yammering for,
and physically transport it to London
where all the LBMA squeezin' of dah Charmin was going on.
