Just got an error message I had never seen before. I am on Internet Explorer at the office (a mid sized corporate network with Windows NT and IE 5.5). I tried to close my SI window to go do some work, and I got a message saying:

"This window is busy. Closing this window may cause some problems. Do you want to close it anyway?" and then there are buttons for OK or Cancel.

Anyone know what might cause that?
