Hi David, Etana, and all - since nothing is happening on the IHS thread I'll jump ship. Gotta say it is comforting in a strange way to see concern here about the merger - because I've been concerned about what IHS was getting into, the same feelings of fear that a good thing was being threatened by some intruder.
I'm further comforted to know that David has been through the USRX/COMS merger. I rode that on the USRX side, didn't you too, David? Love to see the same result here.

As far as price considerations go: Seems to me like the exchange rate has been accomplished at IHS's expense. I see some of you have expressed disappointment that ROTC should have been more highly valued. On the other hand, IHS price seems to have fallen to match the rate with ROTC price. If history repeats, the two stocks will now move in tandem until the deal is concluded or sacked.
