Hey, there are crooked elections on the margin all over the place.

I think the main concerns regarding Florida were the purges of the rolls at the behest of Jeb Bush and K. Harris.

The firm that they hired to purge the rolls was given a very fault-prone set of instructions for the purge criteria. Only one 'match' was required (partial name, SS#, etc.), with no follow-up verification.

When the firm came back to Florida and said 'this will result in false deletions from the rolls' they were told not to worry about it. This, in itself, would not have been a serious issue except that there was no attempt to notify the 'purged' in advance of the election... or allow them to challenge the purge.

When the head (Democrat) of the Palm Beach Board of Elections found his own name on the purge list provided to his board (because his name partially matched the name of a felon from Texas), he saw what the game was.

The goal was to strike as many as possible of those voters judged likely to vote for the opponent, and worry about any cleanup after the election.

As I've said, the company hired to conduct the database search and purge of the voting rolls clearly notified the Governor's office that the purge results were 'unverified' and likely to contain many errors.
