We have Direct TV and have been a customer with them since the beginning, about 8 years, we love it and would never think of going back to cable... I do have cable for our Internet service, fiber optic cable with ATT Road Runner service... As far as our satellite TV service, I've had no problems and our bill is about $40.00 a month... we get all the STRZ channels, we get IFC, BRAVO, and all kinds of other stations... plus 80 pay per view channels... the only time we lose a signal is during a heavy thunder storm, we've never had bird problems with our dish..... GZ
