O/T RE: buying physical ?

...I've got a "gut" feeling about our little "white" metal brother - Mr. Silver...and am looking to buy a considerably more serious "physical" position than I ever have prior.

Can anyone recommend a dealer in the Midwest (preferably within a circle from Chicago to Indianapolis to Cleveland to Detroit & back to Chicago) that one can buy a bit lower than the traditional bid-ask spread on 90% silver bags and also 100, or even 1,000 ounce bars ?

Also, any thoughts/comments on owning 90% silver coin bags vs. 100, or 1,000 Oz bars ?

I'm not oppossed to parking some "cash" profits into some longer term physical diversification and holding it for a while... I see $7 Silver easily in this cycle + any Rogue Wave upside event catalyst... and wouldn't mind owning some of the "real" stuff in addition to the paper-assets ala Mr. Buffets ever-more intriguing $600 Million Dollar "physical" purchase a while back...

I've only dabbled thru small local dealers for a fairly small physical holding, but don't want to pay the "full spead" between bid & ask for a larger $ purchase if I don't have to...and I'd rather not walk into the "local" shop to make a somewhat "large" buy....as it wouldn't be too prudent from a security standpoint to be known locally for sitting on a small hoarde (vbg).

Traditionally, what $ volume amount does it take to negotiate the bid-ask spread down a bit ?

...anyone feel free to PM me if desired.
