Sam there is a difference between current trading price and what a ecm would accept for his company , I would bet that there isn't one ecm today that would part with his company for anything less than 2 times revenue all they have to do is wait 6-12 mon's and bingo 2x looks cheap , except they were going to go broke . I'll bet flex will parlay this into a edge on some big outsourcing deals. Patroller
