Conviction rate statistics for RICO vary, but only within a narrow range: 88-98% "I can't remember any primary litigant being found completely innocent on a RICO charge." John Gotti comes to mind. He walked away completely clean from his RICO case in '86. Several years later, the Feds tried RICO again and the charges stuck.
