Bald Eagle, That very question came up in this video: clients.encoding.com Michael Ruppert, copvcia.com discusses his efforts to investigate the options operations. He was informed at the SEC that they would not cooperate with him. He spoke to three Congressmen and they said they would not pursue the matter. This investigation is being quashed. Ruppert has a good explanation in the video. I.e. the banking system is being protected from investigation. -Ray
