1. The potential market includes almost all of autoimmunity (probably no ITP, etc.). If all goes well, it could be a slow trip to $5 billion/year.

2. It's just an advisory committee. We'll see what FDA itself has to say.

3. Except for the vision of Jim Young and MEDI, it could have been 507 today. One of the all-time blunders in biotech.
