Wasn't President Clinton the President of the United States (and the one responsible for the U.S. strategy of buying Iraqi oil) - when Cheney was with Halliburton? Actually, IMHO, President Clinton was very smart in doing this. The fact that the United States purchased so much oil from the Iraqis proves; that the Saddam was responsible for the lack of medical supplies and food to the Iraqi people, and not the UN/US embargo (on military and dual use equipment).

J.F. don't you feel better knowing that, those complaining that the US led embargo is starving millions of Iraqi women and children to death - are just trying to feed you load of crap?
