20 for 1, I was told there are 1 million shares still in lockup, covenants from a secondary or something done to raise cash last year, means 4 million in the float and someone whose not a seller has been taking a good piece, for many months they've been buying. I bought as a speculation on small cap defense, and as a float play, and started to see the volume creep in.

Looks like an M&A deal to me, not a pump and dump.
