Tell it to the Taliban and al Qaeda.

You would make a terrible doctor. The patient comes with you with a thorn in their foot. Instead of removing the thorn (al Qaeda) you would blame the patient for stepping on the thorn, and conduct a psycho analysis on the patient on why he stepped on the thorn, and right when you find out it was an accident, the patient dies from gangreen.
