Chris, with the $20 account you should be able to annotate and upload charts to "your favorite charts". when you bring any chart up there is an annotate link on the bottom of the chart, that should come up in a window, these charts need some newer versions of java, so if you aren't using a newer browser version you may have problems.(actually i don't like the latest vers. of ie or netscape and am using vers. from about a year ago) if you get that java annotation up, there are pop-up menus that explain all the annotation tools. you can have to power to annotate, and be wrong (or rite) as the rest of us -g-
