heronwater-- evidently you read more into my reply than was intended. Sympathy for the wife & kids are understandable,, but not nearly as understandable as those of lesser means that were negatively impacted by unlawful acts. I am at loss to find the damaged parties here, although I promise to listen carefully. Whatever Tony may or may not have done that is illegal, I am 100% confident that he has saved the retail investor many times whatever he may have cost them. The reason I find short-selling attractive is that one can make a good living while also doing something for others. By publicizing the ugly facts we find, 99.99% of which are found through honest, hard work we prevent others from being ripped off even further by the thousands of pumper, dumper scammers out there. I am sorry about this indictment because more people will be victimized without Tony being around to stop the scams. Already we are seeing jmhollen and his ilk on the boards using the indictment to convince people the so-called bashers are not credible. Peter
