mr mark, Google found it. Even though I still have dial-up I installed ZoneAlarm to learn about firewalls. Next week I'll start buying networking hardware. Once I got past the confusing [and sometimes inaccurate] ads and learned some of the nomenclature, it became quite interesting. Fry's has wireless LAN hardware set up at the front of the store now, indicating increased customer interest. Now all they need is some knowledgeable sales help.<g>
