peter michaelson -- <<"The reason I find short-selling attractive is that one can make a good living while also doing something for others.">> Well, a long investment does the same. Either way anyone goes on a company is only to make a few bux. Either way is acceptable and within the law.
However-- once outside the law one deerves all he gets,, probably at least double in our court system today.
"I am sorry about this indictment because more people will be victimized without Tony being around to stop the scams." I am overjoyed IF it is proven he is the scammer & victimizer he is accused of being! A thief is a thief no matter how you look at it. He is accused of being one of the biggest and breaking many laws to do so.
"I am at loss to find the damaged parties here, although I promise to listen carefully." One does not need to listen at all--- just THINK! Investors, employees, customers, are all negatively impacted so he can make a few bux,,, and he is accused of even scamming those that paid for the privilage. Sadly, our jails are not on the same level as those in many other countrys,,,,, but Bubba often finds some guys 'cute' and do to them what they have done to others,, ;-]
