TSMC buys semiconductor machinery from Novellus Systems, Tokyo Electron -- AFX - Asia, 5/24/2002 e-insite.net Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co Ltd said it bought some semiconductor machinery from Novellus Systems Inc for a total of 621.93 mln twd between April 12 and May 24. The company also bought semiconductor machinery from Tokyo Electron Ltd for 483.26 mln twd between May 14 and 24, it said in a statement.
