Hi GV, RE: "In fact, I would argue that the problems with excessive option grants are worse than the problems with excessive cash grants." Preventing a problem at the top, shouldn't translate into a law that negatively impacts everyone. I think the idea about the top five officers addresses the issue, without creating bad side-affect problems. RE: "There is nothing inherently wrong with either method of motivating employees.
