Hypesters using Tony's case against scam busters This will be thrown in the face of all the hedge fund managers, shorters, stock scam busters for a long time to come, whether he's guilty or not. The hypesters were posting about that NASD thing forever. Just because I'd made one or two posts here a year ago, they were throwing that whole thing in my face all the time, stating I must be a member of his group and I'm going to jail. I've had Tony's case posted over and over on all the scammy company boards I post on. All the promoters and hypesters are plastering it everywhere, stating that all "bashers" will end up like him, trying to strike fear in the honest negative posters out there. I also have a fear that the FBI may not want to prosecute stock fraud as much because of this as well. I sure hope that isn't the case. Now is not the time to be going easy on the scammers.
