If not you Roy, then someone sure is. The news today that the House passed a $29 Billion anti-terrorism bill should be good news for KVH story.news.yahoo.com Lots of money for the military, and it specifically mentions bomb guidance systems. The key part though is: <<The money is for the remaining months of fiscal 2002, which ends Oct. 1. >> so, the effect could be almost immediate.
