You people are looking in the wrong place for your scapegoat in this matter. The company is the cause of all these problems. Whether deliberately or due to inexperience, it doesn't matter- if GOE's press releases had been accurate and the GOE/ Bo/ Rec Oil triangle had been up front for all to see, the SEC never would have gotten involved beyond a simple internal investigation. It was during this internal investigation when the facts forced them to pursue matters further that the trading was halted for 10 days to level the playing field for all investors. Only if the SEC had not imposed a halt and the stock started to tank because of whispers among insiders who knew what was going on would you have a beef against the SEC. They did their job and did it well. The halt ended 6 weeks ago. It is GOE's choice that their stock is not trading now. Why? Because they know the damage they caused with their phony hype and lack of openness re Bo/ Rec Oil. The SEC didn't create those problems, they only exposed them. If there was nothing substantial to expose, then the stock would be back on track by now. If you all want to write letters, leave your congressmen alone and ask your CEO what the Hell was he thinking? And then ask him if he thinks he is up to the task of running a business with such great potential. I have serious doubts.
