Right, and why should we expect suicide bombers to suddenly pop up like mushrooms, neo? Sure, some whacko AMERICAN scientist can go berserk again and try to poison water supplies. I think at this point, though,it would be very difficult for some swarthy arab looking person to go into a gun store - where the redneck counter person would just as soon shoot him - and order up some explosives...
