SURRENDER TO THE TERRORISTS is what administration is asking all Americans to do. Who should sacrifice? Meanwhile, they are profiting handsomely. No wonder they have no incentive to declare a winnable war. They have failed the primary political leadership requirement, to inspire a vision of success. Their vision isn't one shared by our culture, I don't believe.
