Scare the old folks. Several members on our Huntington Beach City Council tried that with seniors living in a city run housing area. They said that if we didn't get the new Wal-Mart they would have to raise their rents or cut back on senior services. Pathetic. I called one of the council members on it and he apologized......after the fact and election of course.
