Going by the laws as they are written it is, as i understand them(i am not a lawyer:), it is as illegal to trade on insider information (in this case previleged/secret FBI information)to short a POS scam stock as it is to go buy-side on some hot inside tip of a solid stock(for instance if someone gets inside information from someone in the Pentagon that such and such company is going to get a big contract). That's the law as i understand it. Max
