Right.
Many parents in my area home school, as I mentioned. Most of them home school because they want their child to have a Christian or Jewish education. I think that's great. One is not the slightest bit interested in a religious education but wants his child to be taught to think for himself. That's fine too. One, a Libertarian, is giving his (the man homeschools in that family and the woman works out of the home) children the finest education I've ever seen. They are learning Spanish, art, music (play the piano and guitar) they have even learned how to make their own videos!!!!
He uses resources all over the area. finds people who can teach his child the particular thing he wants them taught that he cannot.
High school graduate.
Doesn't need a credential to do a wonderful job.
And his relationship to his sons is excellent.
Helped by being with them so much and knowing them so well.
