So all of the "expert commentary" about the litigation on threads such as Raging Bull were pure garbage. Its almost laughable to think that a bunch of technie wonks spent hundreds of hours trying to convince themselves that litigious nirvana was at hand. I haven't got a clue what this means to the enforcement of the other patents owned by ACTV.

Malone will take over ACTV and send the current management out to get real jobs in the real world. Last sale was $1.50 makes the takeover price of $2.00 look very attractive.
