I suppose you mean this story... siliconinvestor.com The department said new home sales rose 1.0 percent in April to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 915,000 units, the fastest sales pace in a year. Yes that number is most suspect imho and cannot be trusted. Unfortunately the adjustment formula is not available for scrutiny. What... don't you trust the government statistics?? I'm shocked -lol-
