I just received a 20 page newsletter-like advertisement from Murphy that in effect tells me how much money I could have made if I had been smart enough to invest in AOL in 1992. I can't believe he still puts out this kind of crap. Did he send this out to all former subscribers so that we would all continue to feel good about dropping his newsletter? There are some very dubious claims that any subscriber from the mid-1990's would recognize as dubious, only half the story, or misleading at best.

Does anyone know if AOL is actually in his model portfolio, and if so, what sort of weighting it has?
